MADE OF only 100% natural ingredients: Sodium Chloride (Dead Sea Salt), Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) Essential Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Leaves.

Instructions Use by filling bath with your desired temperature of water. Add 1/4 cup of salt soak and let it dissolve. Sit back and relax. Wipe bath clean after using.
